i have just buy new version music collection for Joomla 3, but now i can not add new song

it said http 500

error

it appears there's some issue. can you enable error reporting (on joomla backend, global configuration), so we can see what error is actually happening?

I mean if you can send me access (username and password) for your joomla site. support@ joomlathat.com is my email, where you can send the details.

Nevermind, I solved the problem

you had the plugin KOMENTO enabled, when you are actually not using komento. I disabled it for you.
