just found that the html5 player not show up using firefox
joomla 2.5
music collection component 2.4 community
jwplayer 2.3.2 html5 firefox is ON
nexus 5 / android 4.4.2
asus tf300 / android 4.2.1
both devices using firefox 26.0.1
the html5 player work on firefox when I clic on a song but it's not showing itself
any idea to solve this ?

Germinal Campsmore than a month agothat si strange. specially because it plays fine.. I will try to see what causes this, but it's going to be difficult because I don't have currently access to firefox mobile...

0Any progress on this issue? I have the same problem. No player visible in Firefox mobile. I have toggled the HTML5 player and found that it will switch the player on my desktop/laptop but no go in mobile Firefox. www.tapehustlers.com If i click the blank space where the player should be a get a black bar with a loading icon. No songs ever play if I click the play buttons either.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agobut are you using MP3 songs? Firefox doesn't have playback for mp3 songs in HTML5 mode (it doesn't have the rights for that format...)
