A little confused..

Hello there!

I've noticed two quite troublesome things;

#1 - When clicking 'Get Release Data' on an album that has been searched for - the thumbnail for the front cover doesn't display. It just shows as a broken image. Why?

#2 - Say if I search for an artist that has tonnes of albums, I search 'Michael Jackson' and about 8 results show, and that's it.. Where's the rest?

    1. I don't know... did this happen before?

    2. it will show the first 20 results returned by Discogs. you should make the search a bit more specific, not just "michael jackson"... maybe "michael jackson thriller" or whatever.

    oh! ok I see.
    well I've seen this before. aparently the thumbnail URL is correclty retrieved but not the full image in this page. it's strange because the link is correct (I have already checked it)

    I know it's a bit anoying, but in theory you should have no problem when saving ( I mean, the image will actually be downloaded into your site and you'll see it)

    I think it's some Discogs protocol error...

    Strange! Yeah, it seems to work after you've saved it.

    Will JMS be updating to the latest Discogs API at some point?

    The software seems great, but it'd be great to see certain areas polished up! :D

    certainly. Discogs API updates are not always too stable so we wait before we upgrade... but we keep an eye on it! :)
