Now I know this is not the first time you are getting a question like mine, but I have to agree with those before me, setting this up is very confusing! How you place a module has to be a bit more clear... The same goes for the menu and playlist options! And don't get me wrong the content you do have online does help but even that leaves one asking questions on how things actually works!

And if you need help in writing a more simple blueprint of setting Music Collections up I am happy to help. Because by making thing simple and clear will cut down on the number of support questions! The question I am asking brings more than 5 questions asking the same thing... But none of them offer the same solution. This why I find myself posting my question to the forum.

load position is the approach you use to load the module or modules but in what order? Why not have the component install a copy of the demo, and then let a user change the layout or disable what module he or she don't want to use! Because I am still not sure how this component layout works?

So is it possible to get a 1,2,3 outline of what a person should do? Right now there is no order to how thing is done...

    Hello!

Improving our help articles to make things clear is always a thing we have in mind :)

however I'm not clear on what are your specific questions (you mention 1, 2, 3).
I do see your question about loadpoistion to load modules into the homepage of Music Collection. you ask "in what order"
you mean, in what order you must place the modules? there's no specific order, that depends entirely on you, on how you want the page to look like. You can show as many modules as you want using this method (and the order will be the order defined on the module manager)

for example you may want to use a ALBUMS module, and an ARTISTS module after, like we do in our demo

about the PLAYLISTS: all you need is to create a menu item to point to "playlists", which will be the place where you can manage them, edit them, and most importantly SAVE the playlist "on the go" (which is the playlist you go adding songs into).

does that help? I'm not sure to have answered exactly your questions because I'm not sure to have understood exactly what you were asking for..
