How can i fix my root site? Issue

how I can solve my site links correctly to direct me to the root, and I can not listen to songs online.

you can change the order inside the plugin itself as well...

    I have tried to order the plugins, but my joomla does not allow me to use the drag & drop, please if you can support me, I also want to know if they have a full joomla to install?
