just add the songs to that folder (or a subfolder inside it) and use the scan option (assuming your songs have ID3 tags in them, and this option is enabled in MC configuration)

Ok so how do i use it to create ARTIST?
I just tried by uploading 3 artists images into a folder of the /songs/ folder but while MC finds the folders, it doesnt see the files inside.
They are jpg / gif

the artists are created FROM the songs info.

jpg or gif do not do anything.

you always import SONGS. and those songs contain "artist info". it takes this info and creates the artists.

when i do this it usually says "Cant find artist named xxx " and i have to choose one.
Ill try it again but is there something i need to apply in the IDTag?

When it creates an artist, does it only create the artist NAME and no bio info..... correct?

but it shows you this when you use the "scan" function? (with ID3 tag reading)
