Thumbnali doesnt seem to be working in Music Collection Issue

Please see this URL, you will see that there is no Thumbnail image, however, when in the backend there is an image in the Picture Section, and when you click on this link the picture is there also.

Any ideas?

    which version of MC is this?

    the layout looks like the old version...

    if you try to upload the picture in a different format (jpg), do you have the same problem?
    also make sure you clean the CACHE folder

    I can also confirm that jpg does not work. I have tried this also

    hello

    I know this may sound stupid.. but please, can you try creating 1 album (with a picture)
    sometimes it requires an album to be created so the artist pictures can be generated...
