Song Server CAN stream from but CAN'T download ?!!

hey ppl
we bought this script so we could put all of our songs on an external server for both stream and download, but with the out of the box setup we can set the player to stream from an outside server but the download link for each song only works from local server... and thats bad for our server and bandwidth load....

with out both stream and download being on an outside server we can't use the script :(

so any help is appreciate to get this going for us

    hello

    in this version, download is only possible from localhost.

    I'll try to make download from external server possible.

    meanwhile, if you know some PHP, maybe you can solve the issue quicly. the file where the song files are readed and outputed to be downloaded is

    components/com_muscol/views/file/view.raw.php

    thanks for the info and reply, well I don't know that much of php and don't wanna mess around with the files, so the question comes to that the files have to be local and so the streams, because if we spesify a local folder that would mess up the external stream URL so basically both stream and download have to be local ... !

    can you add the external download option in the next release plz
