I'm sorry to hear that. these last weeks have been a nightmare for us (in job terms) and there are a lot of threads unasnwered. we are on it, and we'll answer all of them one by one ASAP, believe me.
meanwhile, if you want to remind me what are yous threads unanswered I'll be glad to answer them ASAP. we are actually working in an upgrade that solves most of the issues that are being treated recently on the forum.. (if that's your case...))

My entertainment website is scheduled to open for testers in a few weeks and this component is a significant part of the website presentation.
We would really appreciate your company's assistance in helping us to rectify the existing issues. I'll go to the other thread now and respond there.

0Am glad that Germi is trying to resolve all our problems. Lets give him an opportunity to resolve all the issues. Our frustrations is that our threads are getting no answers, but now that we know that you are working on an update we will give you the time to carry in and release something solid.
My advise is that you acknowledge every thread and update people as par the progress of their issues.
My site http://www.justjojoentertainment.com is live, and am getting lots of bugs but can't take it down. Please release a tested and solid update to solve all our agony. -

0I checked out your site, Justjojo. Nice concept. I attempted to listen to some of the music, but couldn't...perhaps that is one of your issues with the component. We have experienced that, as well, and our employees have had to upload the same songs several times to try to get them to work.
At any rate, when the music does play for you on your site, feel free to send me a message. I would love to check out some of your artists. We have an international entertainment firm for musicians. Our launch is scheduled for the beginning of the new year. However, we open in a few weeks, to select artists, for testing.

@ Miracle: Thanks Miraclesings for your feedback. The idea was to help pcoming artist showcase their talents and promote the best internationally. We have been contacting artist in nigeria and getting good response and feedback. The only issue is just the bugs in music collection. There are some very talented artist but with no means of showcasing their talents. Thats why I designed the site. We also have a top recording studio in Nigeria...http://www.justjojostudios.com. Most of the artist on display actually produced there tracks in our studio.
But the JustJoJo entertainment is a free charitable site for young artist. We hope to promote their talents far and wide.
Since you are also doing something similar, it would be nice to exchange contacts. What is yor site URL? Is there a way we can exchange emails and chat in private. All the best in your project.
Thanks also for pointing out some of the issues that am experiencing. I hope the developer can fix them all. Some of the tracks are over 5mb. The music collection does not allow or play any file over 6mb. This is a bug that also needs to be rectified. -

I know that we have been conversing via email over the past few days, during which time you have been a tremendous help to my organization. We have been able to trust you to go into the admin portion of our site and make changes to the Music Collection component. Things are definitely looking up.
