Record "Buy Button" Hits? - Statistics Task

Hi,

MC offers awesome statistic gathering on the music pages, however, there is one important one that is missing, unless I am missing something?

I would like to record how many clicks occur on the "buy" button of each album's page. It means I can not only create charts on "highest rated" or "highest viewed", but -most importantly- "Most bought".

Is this possible...and soon...at all, please?

    hello Chris,

    this statistic is not recorded, because this buy link is actually just an external link.. to record this would require some custom code changes to Content Statistics system... it can be done with custom coding, but not with the extension as is out of the box.

    Ah, okay...I thought that may have been the reason why, but I definitely need this function.

    How do I go about getting a quote and timeframe for this, please?
