Is the anyway to intergrate this to a payment system such as paypal?

    not directly.

    there's always options to do that, such as including a link on the song review (for instance) that takes the user to maybe a Virtuemart item or some Paypal feature.

    but this kind of e-commerce feature is not "native" on MC 1.0
