player isn't showing up for one of two reasons:

1 - you havent added the "file" to the "song": try to follow exactly the steps I told you on the other thread: as I can see, you named your song "California Love.mp3" but thats not correct: probably the song's name is "California Love", and the filename is prabably "california love.mp3" (BTW, remember to have the filenames without blankspaces... that will avoid you lots of "uncomprehensible" problems ). BE SURE to acces the backend's song form and check that everything is OK.

2 - you maybe dont have the Parameters setted right... be sure that "EVERYBODY" can listen to songs

anyway, I think that the problem is more likely the first one than the second one

I would like to write a small "user's guide", but I just dont have the time to, so I try to write some articles (on the SUPPORT area) from time to time thanks for your comprehension

if you don't success to solve that, I will be pleased to access your site backend's and take a look by myself, if you want me to. all you have to do is send a admin user/password to my mail
