you need:
short_open_tags = ON
max_execution_time > 30 (60 or more recommended)

for uploading songs. the params are:
upload_max_filezie
post_max_size

there's no specific value needed on this two variables. the value that you have will be your upload limit a time. the bigger, the better, I guess

for Discogs integration:
remote_url_access = ON
