go to Music Collection -> albums (in the admin menu)

on the top right corner there is the Parameters button, next to "New" button, etc. (you must be logged in as Super admin)

to add a song, enter the album that will contain that song (in the backend) and click on tab "songs". You'll see a button called "Add song"...

I dont sell separate template for this component. the template is the already provided (clean and simple). but its easily modifiable. I can tell you how if you're interested.
to modify the thumbnail size on the module: you have to open the template file for the module, wich is in

modules/mod_muscol_recently_added_albums/tmpl/default.php

somewhere in the file (I dont have the file in front of me now so I can't say in wich specifuc line) there is a "thumbs_40" string. search it and change it to "thumbs_115" to load the 115px picture instead of the 40px

however, if you wait just a few weeks, I'm preparing the new version, in wich you'll be able to specify what exact size for the thumbnail you want, wich will be created dynamicaly
