No player jw flv player on the site

Hello
I bought the license for your module. I'm French and I ask you to forgive me for my English ...
It seems that I have a problem with the drive JWFLVPlayer: it does not appear on the site: HERE

Besides, I have not found your site on how to use your module.
When I tried to install "mod_muscol_jwplayer_1.5.1.zip" I received this error: "XML Parsing Error at 1:0. Error 4: not well-formed (invalid token)". It is the same for other modules: "mod_muscol_featured_artists_1.5.0.zip"

Can you help me ?? :(

    no, noting like that

just go to the parameters of MC at the backend. you probably have the option "show online player" setted to "only registered". thats wahy it is not showing up. so just change it to "everybody" or enter as a logged in user

    Hello

    Yesteday I install the file
    File Name: plg_jwplayer_1.zip
    File Size: 68037

The plugin Muscol - JW Player is ON and on my website I got this message
"The player will show in this paragraph"
I Install the last version of Adobe Flash and every thing is good. ( Windows SEVEN and Ie version 8)

Today I ask a friend to test. The Internet explorer (7.0.5730.11IC ) it's crash.
She update the version of Adobe flash (Version 10 from 8) and now it's better ( sometime for working , she refresh the page)

Now we have some trouble with Firefox , I answer in this other post
(Only play the first song in the player , not the song , 2, 3 ..)

    Thanks Germi

Thank you to everyone who tried to help me :-)
The settings are correct and the reader is configured for everyone. The Flash player is updated and it still does not work. Even if the Flash player should be updated on other computers, ie for the user, nothing appears to warn.
Thank you, therefore, administrators kindly find the solution to this problem that I am not the only one he seems. I paid a license for a module that is supposed to work. I can give my access via private message.
Thank you for your understanding. ;)

I confirm that the update of the Flash player in Firefox solves the problem.
What bothers me is that a user who has no flash player update will not see the music player. No warning that alerts the user to update the Flash player. It's very annoying. Many do not update their flash player.
Perhaps changing the version of JW player?

    hello

is not because of JWPlayer, but because of SWFObjetc, a small script that writes embedded flash objects on the site. SWFObject needs flash 9 to work.

today, a great majority of users on the net have flash player 9 or 10... did you have 8?
