I am a noob when it comes to hardware. I ordered a kaspersky...app, that was from the school I go to. And after that and a scan, I could no longer use ie or QQ messenger. I uninstalled them and downloaded them again, rebooted my PC countless times, but nothing is working. I keep getting a message that something needs to be done with my fire wall and HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports.
Any advice any of you?
