JW Player API Key problem

Hi

I have an instance where it tells me the API key is not valid that I got from jwplayer website. It works if I leave default API key - but when entering what I get from JW Player it gives me error.

I have tried entering the API key (which is a lot shorter than the default API key) eg. mcXxxxXL and then the api secret as well but doesn't work. Please advise.

go to Players -> tools (on the left menu)

see where it says "JW Player 7 (Self-Hosted)" LISCENSE KEY

that's the one you must use...

Hi,

probably what you're entering is not the API KEY, must be something else...

please search in the jwplayer website to make sure you're entering the right key...
