Javascript Error

Anytime I try to play a YouTube Video I am getting a javascript error:

Error: ReferenceError: toggle_player is not defined

    you have added a link from youtube in the place for "song file"?
    that won't work. if you want to use a video from youtube, use the "youtube video" field...
