Facebook comments is temporarly blocked? Issue

According to facebook, we can not use the facebook comments feature in MC?
I checked my FB account and there is nothing wrong there. I am not blocked from FB.
This is completely the connection between MC and FB.
See the attached.

Just want to say i REALLY want to use FACEBOOK COMMENTS on the MC component. If i can not, then ill have to go a different route.

    there's no blocking on our plugin for FB comments.. practically all our users are using it in their websites and have no problem...

    HA HA HA well look at that. Im sure it is iworking perfectly.
    I had no idea i was apparently in Facebook Jail yesterday. They blocked me with no notification.

    How nice.

    Hey Germ. Im opening this topic again as i currently able to check things on it.

    Im no longer banned from FB so i tried to use this Facebook Comment feature. I checked the box that says "Also post on Facebook"
    WHen i do this i get a little popup box that says

    "Object Invalid Value"
    afterwhich it does not post to facebook or post it to my site either.

    If i UNTICK the box and refresh the page, The comment THEN posts to my site

    Path was left in ur inbox my friend.

    Once you log in look for the folder "Antifmradio.com"
    Then look for "urb"

    Joomla is inside the "urb" folder

    Ftp/Antifmradio.com/urb"

    I have updated the code for the facebook comments but I'm not seeing them. Seems facebook recently changed some privacy settings and I can't see the comments. if you open the page now, what do you see?

    So Germ any movement on this?
    I know it may be a FB privacy update, which is fine. If it is, then ill have to go another route for comments.

    I suggest you look into JomSocial and working with them on making comments available using a plugin they offer.

    I have the plugin currently however it works on Joomla Articles. Its a wonderful feature. If im not mistaken you had a MyAlbums plugin that ties to JomSocial before?
    Maybe this can be a step in the right direction?

    I have already paid a second time for another subscription to the SAME plugin without this issue being resolved.
