"Download Entire Album" Button is not working

I have recently installed Music Collection (with your help) and find that the "Download Entire Album" Button is not working. Do I have to install something else.

    No, you don't have to install anything else.. it's possible that it may not be working because the server may not support the ZIP function.

    In any case, if you want I can take a look (using FTP) to see what is actually the error that is occurring in that page.

    I found the problem. These files were automatically loaded to the program when I installed it since they were already in the image folder. I guess the program did not like that - I re uploaded them and all is fine now.

    Im having a issue downloading albums im receiving blank white page no download would you mind taking a look GC. And is it possiable to have the download start on the page it self opposed to going to that blank white page kind like how the song downloads work and custom work required please provide me with the qoute asap
