I bought your component at the end of November and I am encountering issues, the component is not working as the demo appears, I have asked for help more than a month ago and I have no answer.

I have claimed it last week, you have asked me for data from my server, I have passed it to you and you have not answered me and the problem is not solved.

I ask for a solution to my incident or if they do not want to assist me for the reason that they cancel my subscription and return my money, but make it very clear that my intention is not to cancel the subscription but to solve the incident.
