Dollar sign USD

How do I get the USD sign to show on the left of the amount (i.e. $5.00 vs 5.00$) as is standard in the US?

    sorry, you can't do that on parameters only.
    you need to go to the layout code directly and hardcode it in there...

    I figured it was hard coded. Can you give me some guidance as to where and possibly what needs to be changed?

    I would assume this would be useful for all the US customers.
