Default ItemId on multiple languages site?

I understand I have to put in the Default ItemId but I have an Dutch and a UK menu so how do I set it up correctly?
Now I just use the Dutch one because its the default language and mostly used.

there's no option to put multiple itemids... a bit of coding would be necessary to actually allow this..
