Blank screen

I installed MC2 to a Joomla 1.5.14 site.
when I turn some modules on, I got blank screen ???

Do we have to upload songs to folder /songs manually?
I created an album by scanning a folder somewhere under root
but /songs is empty afterward,
and nothing happens when I play those songs

Please help

    yes, the songs must be on songs folder
    so, move the songs there, and then scan the SONGS folder (not under the root). that's why the songs dont play

    the parameters area is on "albums", at the backend, top right corner

    I got the blank screen under control
    and the /songs folder right.

    Next, I link a menu item to Search,
    drilldown to an album, cannot play song here (by clicking the + sign).
    But if I drilldown the song the click on > of the player then it plays

    Please help

    the "+" button is not to play, it is for adding the song to the playlist.

    to play, its the play button >
