artists images not show

I have read several posts regarding artists' images, but I have not found any solution to my problem. as you will have understood the problem is that images uploaded for artists are not seen. in the images folder of my server there are all the necessary subfolders and images. but it does not work.
can you please give me a little help.

    Hi Pablo,

    Is the site in a sub directory if yes make sure to set it correctly in the system plugin like: /your_sub-dir to see the images.

    hi appie,
    I activated the System-Sef and now you see all the images, but when I click on the link of an album or artist gives me this error:
    This page could not be reachedCheck if there is an error in index.php.
    If the spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    disabling systen-sef I see the pages but not the images, activating it is quite the opposite.

    can you please help me?
