Error message when installing cb plugin

I get the following message when trying to upload the plg_myalbums_cb_2.2.0_1.6 for Joomla 3: Upload showPlugins - Failed
File /home/mediatrk/public_html/tmp/install_525894084ece1/index.html does not exist!

    this plugin must be installed through CB installer, not joomla installer.

    This plugin was installed using the cb installer and this is where the error occurred.

    does that folder have writing permissions?
    it's very strange you're getting so much errors. something must be wron gon your installation...

    I uninstalled and re installed cb and still get the same message when trying to install the plugin. Do you need for me to provide you access to the site to take a look at this.
