OK, I think music "collection supports 1 billion songs per album" as you said.
Because I don't upload songs to my website server, so max_file_uploads is NOT related. (My songs are uploaded to data server (google) and I get direct link songs and input to "song file", example: http://google.com/path../song1.mp3.

In fact: I change max_file_uploads from 20 to 201, and ENSURE that it is applied to back-end system information, but the problem is NOT solved.
The problem: When I input parameter of song number 201, and press "Apply" or "Save & close" button, Music collection component screen suddently EXIT and return back-end screen. I open MC again and check album, the song number 201's parameter is not applied, It is still DEFAULT, song name = "song", song file = black.

I think this is a BUG because when Press Apply or Save & Close button the MC screen suddently EXIT.
