Hi there,
Asked this before and the answer was that this would be implemented in a nearby version of invoice manager: When sending the invoice to the client, I need to click on the enveloppe and invoice will be send. But what if I would like to add a personal note to the invoice? Or better: a link to the online invoice (with autologin). Are you working on this or is this already implemented (then I will renew my subscription).
Thanks and kind regards,
Meindert

0Thanks for your quick reply. I found out in the meantime that the autologin link should work indeed but it is not working. I am redirected to an empty page and not logged in. Autologin is not that important (using a workarond using Acymailing and Autologin) but the client should be redirected to the online invoice and that is not happening. Can I send you a link (not public) so you can have a look?
Thank, kind regards,

0Will give it a try to place a link here (as it is not working): this is the link to the "pay now" on the invoice as received by email:
http://samuelservices.nl/index.php?option=com_invoices&view=payment&id=143
The "Invoice public link" leads to the same emtpy page (as this link contains an auth code I will not publish it here).
Hope someone has an idea what could be the problem.
Cheers. -

0Hi there, took some time (very busy here) but still seeking for a solution. Problem as it is still: going in backend to invoices, edit invoice, copy the "make public online" link, leads me to an empty page. See for example: https://samuelservices.nl/index.php?option=com_invoices&view=invoice&id=137&auth_code=No27x3vD5Ax06U5G8wJsnjQsPpgPQ6dvymKatGehntWOOwNXvJzqRiv1rSfpoppb
Hope to hear from you,
Kind regards,

0Sorry not clear. For what? For have you fix a bug in your software? Sorry, but I do not understand how to be motivated to renew my subscription for a component which does not function as it should? This ticket is from the period when my subscription was active as far as I can see. But I will test myself by installing component on an other Joomla site to see if problem is inbuilt in your component.
Kind regards,

0Hello Meindert,
This does not look like a bug caused by our software. This is probably due to some incompatibility caused by some other plugin or extension in your site. I'm saying this out of experience, I've seen it before.
If it's a bug in our software I have no problem fixing it, of course
This ticket, as you say, is from when your subscription was active... but it was about "add message to the client when resending invoice"
nothing to do with the issue you're describing here...
your first post about this issue is from January 12th. Your subscription expired on September 10th... so the post is from 4 months after the expiration date...
if this was a bug in our software you will have noticed it or reported more than 1 year ago.. we have hundreds of users using this and they don't have this issue.
do you know what I mean? -

0Made it work! Used Advanced template manager and added the ?option=com_invoices&view=invoice&id= to load protostar template which made the invoice visible on frontend. So now I can consider renewing my subscription. Is my request from a year ago "Add message to client when (re)sending invoice Task" implemented in the new version now? (Year back I the message was it would be implemented soon.....)
Thanks for your quick replies!
Cheers,
