Some strange error!? I wanted to updated the component by installing the latest version but nothing is working anymore

    what was the previous version installed? looks like the DB needs to be updated manually...
    do you have phpMyAdmin and joomla access that you can send me?

    Hi,

    I am using: 2.1.2
    and this looks like it is: 3.2.4

    In addition, I just sent you username and pw of cpanel for phpMyAdmin access and access of admin part of the website.

    Please let me know if there is anything else I can do on my end?

    Can you please help with component installation/upgrade? I am using version 2.1.2 and error show up when I tried to upgrade to this last version 3.2.4
