Hi Team,
I'm using the invoice manager since last year and it is really helpful. Now you relounched the invoice manager 2.0. Which is great and looks good in your preview. But right now I feeling a little bit betrayed (sorry maybe the word is to hard - I'm not a native spreaker), since my subscription expired on 3rd March. I even had to do an extra payment on March 30th.
Since everybody has to look at the finances I'm asking of you can do something about this so I can download the upgrade and then sign up later after you do some updates later again.
I would really appriciate this.

    Yes, I think "betrayed" is too hard..!

    You just had a bit of "bad luck"... that's all. But I don't think you have to feel betrayed. We have released a lot of upgrades in your subscription period (I'm counting at least 10 upgrades...), including major upgrades (like version 1.4)
    It is only logical that at some point, the subscription will expire (and we will continue to publish updates..). It's how the system works, as you will understand...

    We don't plan upgrade dates depending on anyone's subscription dates, we release them when they're ready for public use...

    I understand what you say, but this is precisely why the system is a 1-year subscription, because this way we encourage users to renew, to keep having updates...
