Can you tell me if this product is mobile device friendly ?

Also when a user hits our site "www.oursite.com" on a mobile device they are redirected
to the "m.oursite.com" subdomain, is there any issue with the product license ?

well, it will work on mobile devices just as any other joomla web component..
the only thing that is adapted to be more mobile friendly is our Joomla 3.0 compatible version (because Joomla 3.0 is natively mobile compatible), and the layouts are adjusted so they look better on mobile devices.
no, there's no issue with product liscenses with the subdomain, don't worry about this
