2- yes, it's 100% translateable.

3- yes, admin gets notified when payment is made.

Is there a non-automatic reminder? Something like a button that sends an email to the client reminding him there's a payment still on hold?

Are automatic reminders in your pipeline? Is that a feature you're already working on?

Updating from one version to the newer would be painless? would there be any data loss (clients, invoices, login credentials...)?

There's a button to send the invoice to email, yes. this button can be triggered by you at any moment. (you can check our demo)

Automatic reminders is something we may add in the future, yes, although it's not yet under development.

Upgrading is painless no data loss whatsoever.

Well, I hope you really consider to add that feature. Would be really amazing.

In the meantime I decided to give "Invoice Manager" a try and I bought it.

One last question please: how do I translate it in Italian? I'm not familiar with this procedure but I've seen in the support forum that I should translate a .ini file (and I could not find it)

Can you confirm that? where do I find it? Where do I set the language to use as default?

after that, what you can do is simply add any possible sentences missing into that file. let me know if that helps.
