I need help here setting up your extension, how can I upload a pdf invoice template? Can you walk me through the process or configure it for me?

How to set up recurring invoice and make sure I can edit according to changes?

How to set up payment gateway to be paid directly from invoice via paypal?

P.S.

Is it possible to set up other payment gateway e.g. directly pay with credit/debit cards?

    hi

    "pdf templates" are not uploaded..

the PDF invoices work by "transforming" the HTML invoice template (which you can configure in the templates area of IM) and outputting a PDF file as a result. you don't have to "upload" any pdf template at all.

to set up a recurring invoice, just set the recurring data on the "recurring" tab on the invoice.. it's quite self-explanatory really. Also make sure you have installed our "recurring" plugin, to make the recurrency happen automatically

PS: to create other payment gateways, new custom payment plugins would need to be developed for you.

I have another question, how do the recipient get to see the invoice if there is no way to download the pdf? Is the template going to show the same way on all email clients etc?

What happen if they can't view the html version?

"the PDF invoices work by "transforming" the HTML invoice template" so you mean I need to edit that myself, how can change language?

Yes I've installed all that, how is the payment gateway working?
Ive installed paypal plug in but when I click on the "pay now" button on my test invoice I get:

Fatal error: Class 'ContentModelArticle' not found in /web/htdocs/www.designdiverso.com/home/templates/designdiverso/index.php on line 137

Any way to get this to work?

PS: can you develop a plug in to accept cards directly via the invoice? is that possible?

yes, the email IS the HTML rendered. They can also see the invoice online.

this error you're showing is not from our component. please check the name and file, it has nothing to do with Invoice Manager.

We can develop custom plugins, yes. But "cards" is a generic term. You need to know which PLATFORM will you be using to accept cards...

How can they see the invoice online I dont see any option in order to do that in my text invoice..

Can you please explain how do they get to access the invoice online when I send them an email including the invoice template?

Also are sure that is nothing to do with your component?? are you for real?

I mean its so clear to me looking at the url: http://www.designdiverso.com/fi/?option=com_invoices&view=payment&id=1

And the error is coming up when I click on the "pay now" button included in your template coming from your extension, do I need to add more?

    Find screenshot attached.

Please kindly provide me a fix or way to get this to work

you can create a menu item for your users to point to "my invoices". there they can see their invoices online.

Additionally, you can use the token {invoice_unlogged_link} in your invoice template to point to the invoice URL in your site. if they click, then can see the invoice directly.

about this "pay now" button. what's the error you get?

this is a 0 eur payment by the way.. makes no much sense to "pay 0", does it..?

Fatal error: Class 'ContentModelArticle' not found in /web/htdocs/www.designdiverso.com/home/templates/designdiverso/index.php on line 137

so this is definitely caused by your extension, can you please provide a way to get this to work and sort it out?

    hello,

Please. I'm a joomla developer from 10 years (since the beginning), I know a thing or two about errors... ;)

LOOK at the error please. It is not generated by our extension at all.

The fact that it appears in our extension page does not mean it's caused by it! just LOOK at the file that's causing the error. It's a file from your TEMPLATE (called "designdiverso"), which is calling a class it can't find, called ContentModelArticle which is not from our extension eihe.

So, I GARANTEE you that this is definetely not caused by our extension, as opposed to what you're saying.

I'll be glad to take a look at it out of good will and because I want to help a customer, but please don't acuse me (our extension) of something it's not our fault.

    Thanks.

ok, I just dont get why is originated from your extension then, when I click either public link or pay now, and btw I'm not accusing you yet. I'll have my developer take a look and then will get back to you. I really hope you're right.
