Hi,
Please can someone help with a problem that has just started. Up until last week, the invoice manager was working perfectly. For some reason, I can no longer create a new invoice contact. When ever I create a new contact I get a message saying "error saving contact". If I search for this new contact, it does find the record but will not allow either further details (ie address) or even an invoice to be generated. I looking at the _invoices_contacts table using phpmyadmin it finds the data submitted BUT, and this might be the source of the problem, no id is being generated. I tried several times and all the new contacts have id=0. I was using 3.2.2 so I updated to 3.2.2 but still the same issue. I've attached a screenshot. I notice that it correctly finds the joomla user_id to associate it to.
Any ideas? The only change in the site as a whole is that I have started using RSForm-Pro but I can't see that that would change IM code???
Many thanks
Steve

0Actually I think I have fixed it myself. All the tables suddenly had their primary key/auto increment stripped out. Re-assiging the primary key and setting auto Inc seems to have done the job. Strange! No data lost and all working fine.
Thanks-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agothat's weird...! anyway, glad you could solve it so fast!
