IM 2.0.0 Invoice/Quote table not loading

I just updated the Invoice Manager on one of my sites to version 2.0.0, Unfortunately, there were the following errors. These errors were present on the Invoices and Quotes pages. The result was the tables containing invoices and quotes respectively would not load. The spinner looks nice though ;)

I have attached two images containing two error messages. I hope it helps troubleshoot the cause of the problem. The second image is for the Quotes page.

    well, it's good to know that the spinner is showin up fine at leat ;)

    first of: have you refreshed your browser? (CTRL + R or CMD + R in a mac) to reload the files?
    if it still doesn't load, then it would be very good to be able to take a look at your website to see what's missing..
