The wysiwyg editor for templates is not visible. There is no 'Show editor for template' button in the configuration like in the Joomla 3 version. Is there another way to activate this?

It's been almost a month ago since I wrote my post. Unfortunately I didn't get an answer yet, so I put up a clean Joomla 4.2.9 site with PHP8.2 and installed Invoice Manager to be sure there was no intervention from other components.
The answer is 'no'. The problem is still there, no WYSIWYG editor. And I found a few more.
- When adding a new tax I can't choose the type, group, calculate on or any of the other options.
- When adding a user I can't make a choice for 'Link to Joomla user'
Could you please help me and tell me what the problem could be?
