Your subscription ended on 13 september 2014, almost a year ago... You need an active subscription to have access to the files, that's why you can't download: the subscription is expired. I wasn't aware of that thanks for reminding but I have bought several components and none of them stopping you to access the old versions even they upgraded several times, I know you have these T&C but to be fair you should let clients to access the product they already bought from you. Thanks again for your informative and kind response.

The problem is that the version that you would have would be 1 year old, and we don't keep such old versions in the server...

For example, if your subscription expired only a couple weeks ago, I would have no problem giving you access to download the previous version (which you had access to) because it would still be on our server, I could just enable the access for you temporarily so you could download it.

The problem is that this version is a year old and we don't keep it, so I can't just "enable" your subscription momentarily.. do you know what I mean?

The only version I can give you access to is the latest one, and as it is logical I can't do that unless you're subscribed..

I totally do understand you I have just lost all my files recently and thought maybe I can download this one from your servers, but I see you dont keep it on, and its based on time limited access, and i recommend you to let us download even the old version copies (as a costumer. And if you can let me to download that version again I will appreciate.
