I've recently upgraded my site from Joomla 3 to 4, I had IM 3x completely disabled before upgrading to J4.
I've just purchased IM 4x and tried installing the component but it fails with the message "Internal Server Error". I've tried a few times, and when trying to access IM from the menu I get the same "Call to undefined method" error that I was getting prior to the IM 4 upgrade attempt. The IM 4x system plugin says it installed ok.
How can I get the IM 4x component to install? I'm hoping my IM 3x data will still be visible in IM 4x.
