Hi,
I'm setting up recurring invoices and have been testing out the publish settings.
What I want to achieve is for the invoices to automatically publish themselves based on the 'start publishing' date that I set.. I expected that once published by itself, this would trigger an automated payment setup for the invoice and email the client in the process. This invoice and payment would then Recur evertime year based on what I set under 'recurrency'
What I experienced is an unpublished invoice when the 'start publishing' date had passed. Am I doing something wrong?
Please help.
Regards
Paul

-1the behavior you're describing is not how it works exactly.
the "start publishing" works the same as in joomla articles: it means that, IF the invoice is set as published, then it will only show up after the "start publishing" date. but it does modify the publish status. you know what I mean?. for what you describe, you want to have the invoice PUBLISHED. this published status will actually only be efective when the start publishing date has passed. you know what I mean?
(but there are no automatic emails whatsoever related with this...) -

0Ok I think I know what you mean ...
Automated emails would be a nice feature to add if they are to be published automatically.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agowe will work on this sort of automatic functions on the next version :) thanks for the suggestion!
