Sure. copy the file in /language/es-ES/

Remember you have to set your primary languaje for administrator as Spanish in the "Languaje Manager" and must work.

Amazing!!! Masktro, when you go to the OPTIONS tab are you able to see the titles in spanish or english? I see the whole system in spanish but when I go to OPTIONS it remains in english...?

That´s true. I am having the same issue.
Interesting, randomly is translated in spanish other in english. Some minor bug or something we are missing.
