Layout wrong in admin

Good afternoon Germi

If you look at the screenshot I have uploaded you will see that when I create a new invoice the layout is wrong - i only noticed thsi when I tried your demo admin - its the same in other sites as well - I just thought it was how it was supposed to be

Also the ajax suggestion is not working when I try to add an invoice - I have downloaded the latest files today and installed into a new site

Can you advise please

    what you're looking for is our alternative layout: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/invoice-manager/alternative-layout-for-invoice-creation-form

    about the ajax thing, probably it's just that the old JS files are still cached in your browser. try to REFRESH the browser to re-load them.

    Thanks Germi - I have a wide screen for my PC - I have tried downloading the alternative layout but it is not resolving the issue?

    I have also cleared the cache but no luck with the Ajax calls

      the new layout has to work.. so my question is.. are you sure you copied the file into the right folder? please, double check it..
      about the ajax calls, maybe there's some JS issue we're missing. can you please go to joomla global configuration and set Error reporting to "none", and then try again?

    Cancel that i tried adding a new invoice with a different user and it seems to work ok? :) - Strange?

    I would however like to get the layout you have in your admin demo with the tabs?

      Mark, the layout with TABS is exactly the one I shared with you.. it's exactly the same! :)

      Thanks Germi - I have added the file to administrator/components/com_invoices/views/invoice/template/tmpl/ as the path you have in that link doesn't exist in my installation

    the path is administrator/components/com_invoices/views/invoice/tmpl/ and.. it HAS to exist, otherwise you won't be seeing anything..!

    I know I'm redundant but, please.. can you check again you're in the right folder? ;) I'm 100% positive on what I'm saying :)
