JS error on quote (IM 3.2.3) Bug

I upgraded from IM 3.1 to IM 3.2.3
I have last Joomla 3.9.3 + last version of IM and I have problems when consulting a quote

a) JS error

vue.min.js:6 ReferenceError: im_base is not defined
at o.accept_button (index.php?option=com_invoices&controller=quotes:3628)

b) status didn't exist

you need to install our system plugin, and enable it.
