The invoices will not delete no matter how many times, ways I attempt it. I saw another person had this issue. Can someone tell me how to correct this?

0Hi,
thanks, but.. you just subscribed, just right now... how come you were using Invoice Manager already? can you explain that please?
I can help you, but I will need to verify that the installation you have is for the same version (Standard) than the subscription you have now (which is active, yes)
I will need access to joomla admin. -

0I wanted to test it first so I tried out a friends copy, with all intents on buying it, like I just did. I am really interested in utilizing this software, not just for myself, but for clients I will be purchasing it for in the future, as I am a web designer, I could really push this product on customers running online stores and selling things.
If all goes well, I'd like to upgrade to the highest level of this software, but I want to make sure it runs smoothly first if I'm going to be installing it not only on my site, but on clients sites as well. (Which I will buy a copy for each, I understand that).
Can I send you my admin access privately so the entire bored doesn't see my info? -

0please try to make a "real" clean install: you need to delete the Database Tables for Invoice Manager (those begining with __invoices). Uninstall the extension and then reinstall. let me know if that helps, otherwise I'll log in myself.
You will loose any invoices data you may have, in this process.
