Invoice Manager Errors in Several Places

Hello
Creating a new invoice, and creating a new quote generates this: "0 Call to a member function get() on null "
Creating a new contact: " Layout default not found. "

    It's been 3 days since any word. Is there another developer that can help? This is very frustrating as I have done nothing out of the ordinary with my joomla install. It's plain joomla + astroid framework + easyblog easydiscuss + invoice manager.
