Hi,
My logo displays on the email, and i=online, but not on the pdf? I added the image, instead of using the logo code, as it just doesn't work when I add it with JCE editor.
This is what it says on the PDF:
Image not found

However it is definitely there if you look at the link?

Sorry I dont know why it changed to lower case when I copied it over,it is : http://www.paigeone.co.za/images/paige-one-optical-logo.jpg

Germinal Campsmore than a month agothe issue is not the same in all cases.
please check that your PHP setting "allow_url_fopen" is set to ON on your server.

0Thank you for your answer Germinal. The Setting "allow_url_fopen" is "On" since from beginning. It stopped parsing the logo into the PDF suddenly. I guess that it was since updating from Joomla 3.6.5 or from Joomla 3.7.0. So this is not related to my hosting enviroment.-

0Hi JoomlaThat Team,
actually it looks like the issue was coming from a bug with the renewal of my Let's Encrypt certificates.
I had some other issue with that yesterday, and as soon as i resolved them the logo was back on my invoice.
