Hi there,
Trying to sort out the reason for the "Gateway timeouts" using the invoice manager. I do not need to change php.ini settings and make execution times 300 because the problem is just the component does not load (anymore). Sometimes it does - sometime it does not. It looks like a loop when clicking on "generate new invoice" or "preview" or "print pdf" sometimes just on clicking the the component. Tried disable firewallls - different IP's - server side issues but after four days we are still not able to tackle the problem. Maybe it has nothing to do with the invoicemanager (trying with an install on a different Joomla install on a different server) but maybe you have an idea how to find out what is causing this.
Kind regards,
Meindert

0Is it possible to disable the "update check"? "Checking for updates..." loads endlessly - do not know if this could be a problem.... - just guessing. Truncated, emptied and dropped certain database tables regarding other extensions but problem is still there. Strange thing it seems to work shortly after cleaning up cookies - cache, can make one change (added a customer) but going to creating new invoice after this, system loads endlessly.....
