Hello
I have just upgraded to the latest version of Invoice Manager and the products will not load when I try to create a new Quote or Invoice. Once the Save button is pressed, the system freezes in the 'saving' cycle, and I have to exit the software back into joomla admin to escape.
Also non of my previous quotes or invoices are showing up in either the Quote or Invoice areas?
Can you point me in the right direction please?
Thanks

0Hello
Thanks for the reply - Yes I cleared cache both in the browser and within Joomla before adding items to a quote. This had no effect.
I then created a full quote with 6 new items and clicked the save button. This just froze the screen again. I clicked the 'refresh' browser
function on the browser toolbar; and this deleted all the new data entered in the quote, including the proposed recipient details.
I repeated the quote creation and simply clicked the refresh and F5 but this just deleted the data in the recipient fields (obviously as the data had not been saved in the first place).
The process of opening the Invoice Manager and moving between the various tabs within is extremely slow. I have re-installed the programe and I note that there is now an error message displayed: See screen-shot attached.
Please advise. - Many thanks -

0Thanks for your reply - Noted.
I have attached 3 x screen-shots which relate to the SQL table in question. As I am fairly new at SQL editing, please confirm the comments I have made on each screen-shot, to confirm/correct my assumptions before I carry out the correction.
Thanks for your assistance -
