500 layout default_email not found

I think I may have deleted the default_email file by accident. I get this error now when I try to send an email invoice. It was working fine yesterday. Is there a way to restore this file? Functionality?

    just unzip the package and find the file and restore it into your installation :)

      The file was already there. I did download and uploaded the file; however, the error still remains.

    check both back and frontend.

    Thanks. Silly me. The file missing was in the frontend -- I just looked in the backend. Thanks for all your help.
