At the moment each time a user does not complete the purchase of plan /or/ buys a plan he is added in the contact list.
We end up with hundreds/thousands of contacts for the SAME users...

yes, this is because we don't use a field to identify a user a "unique" (the same user can have multiple different contact cards in Invoice Manager)
This is something we already have in mind to including (as an option, not mandatory) to take the email as a unique identifier, and if the user already has a contact created in Invoice Manager, reuse it instead of creating a new contact.
I'm going to work in this these days and try to come with an update ASAP. -

Germinal Campsmore than a month agohi, this is not added in the extension yet but I can make it in your copy. I will need access to your site to make the change.
