Trying to figure out if I can create one invoice that has two payment options with different rates - one for paying by bank transfer and the other by paypal so that I can increase the amount charged if paying by paypal to cover the paypal fees?

    hello,

    there's no such option sorry..
what you could do is to create 2 payment in the invoice, and maybe name one of them "PayPal" and the other "bank transfer".
I know that does not solve the situation but at least would help a bit

Let me make sure I understand. Could I create an invoice for $50 and then create a payment option for $50 - bank and $52 - paypal? I.e. the total of the payment options would total more than invoice?

yes, that was just an idea. yes the total of the payment would be more than the invoice, but the idea would not be to pay them all..
also the real payment options in each payment would still be both.

again, it's not the solution you ask for, which is not possible with the component as is.

OK, thanks, will play around with that in my stage environment. The other thought was to make the customer tell me up front their preferred payment method and then have different products setup that cost different amounts. But that lessons some flexibility if they want to make some payments by check and some by paypal/credit card.
